چکیده:

Macrocyclic diamides and corresponding aza crown compounds and their bis aza crown ether forms have gained a great deal of attention due to their wide applications in chemistry and nano technology (such as: nano machine, nano filters, nano catalysis,…). The term "nano machine" refers complex macromolecules (or bio macromolecules) that consume energy in order to perform certain specific cations. Nano machines could play a major role in the future of electronics, medicine and communications. Generating molecules with parts that can move like tiny "switches" is a step in the right direction. In this research work we wish synthesis of a part of nano machines are based on interlocked macrocycle named rotaxanes, Pseudorotaxanes, Knots and catenanes that would constitute any passive or active structure capable of actuation, mesoscale molecular electronic devices, sensing, signaling, information processing, intelligence, swarm behavior at the nano scale. The Dibenzosulfide (1) was obtained by p–cresol and sulfur dicholoried in dry petroleum ether in 50% yield. Treatment of compound (1) with methyl choloroacetate in presence of K2CO3 and KI at refluxed dry acetone gave diester (2) in 98% yield. For synthesis of macrocycle (3), diester (2) and diethylen triamine was refluxed in dry methanol and gave dibenzisulfide 16 – crown – 6 in 75% yields. Bis azacrown (4) was synthesized by macrocycle (3) and sebacoyl dicholoride in dry CH2CL2and was refluxed in presence of Et3N in good yield. And then purified by column chromatography. Bis azacrown (5) was synthesized by macrocycle (3) and Fumaryl dichloride in dry CH2CL2 and was refluxed in presence of Et3N in 53% yield. And then purifide by column chromatography.
